I had my entire roof power washed to get rid of  quite a lot of moss that had grown on the roof due to overhanging tree branches and no sun on several areas of the roof.
Ray and company did the power washing in early December (2025).  They did a very thorough job - and informed me that approximately after 8 weeks, the moss  should be gone and the roof should be clean.  If it wasn’t, to give them a call and they would come back and reapply the solution again .  There would be NO COST to me as they value their customers and their work ethic.
By the 1st  week in  April (2026), there was still some evidence of moss and discoloration on the roof.  Due to the horrible NJ winter with no  sun and lots of ice and snow, not all of the moss had died.  I called them and they came out within just a few days - and power washed the roof again .
NO CHARGE to me - Ray is definitely true to his word!!😃
Now, with the warmer weather and sunshine , I can already see the difference- the roof is looking good!!
He is a very cordial person, informs you of what the  job entails and gets the work done in a timely manner.

Our wood deck and composite railings were covered in thick green mildew and black mold. Two men from Power Washing Genie arrived on time, were professional and worked carefully  to make sure our plants were protected all while making our deck look like new!
